Société Nouvelle Texcelis is a recycling manufacturing startup arising from a 50 years old French family business. While sticking to former Raynaud Textiles values, a modern manufacturing machinery has been implemented to sustain its growth. Our water free process is fully integrated, it allows us to do pulling, thermobonding and die-cutting.What do we do ?
We add value to production waste by pulling it. We then process it into eco-designed felts, without any use of water. We are aware how quickly environment concerns are evolving and Texcelis is positioned as a key player in manufacturing and selling materials such as: acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, protection, comfort and Packaging, designed from textile production waste that would otherwise be lost as unused.For whom ?
Our felts products are aimed towards the bedding, automotive and packaging industry markets. Furthermore, as Natural products, they replace foams derived from oil. Our clients’ portfolio ranges from small companies to large Groups, both in France and in Europe.Automotive industry procedures became our norm.
We apply automotive procedures to all products to guarantee our customers' satisfaction.Innovation and product development play a key role in sustaining our Company growth. (a new product every 4 months).
